Design, planning, manufacture and maintenance of molds

Our highly qualified department is capable of conducting maintenance or repairs of all molds under production, along with the manufacture of molds designed and developed by BRAMP. All molds constructed by BRAMP internally and externally are created and developed by the engineering and development team, which rigorously accompanies the entire process – from construction until final approval of BRAMP’s industrialization process. BRAMP offers advanced injection simulation software (Autodesk Moldflow) to support the mold design and development phase and process validation.

The BRAMP development team possesses all the technologically advanced resources for designing and manufacturing prototypes, both in terms of quick FDM prototyping with raw materials PC/ABS/PA12 and with prototype molds for injecting small series supported by excellent response of the respective manufacturing department that allows delivery deadlines of 1 to 2 weeks for parts.

BRAMP has over 15 years experience in standardizing components for the automobile sector (PPAP process), acquired through working with manufacturers in the respective area. In this regard, we have laboratories for metrology, rheology and mechanical tests equipped with modern and efficient measurement and analysis equipment.

BRAMP boasts a series of technologically advanced injection equipment for producing technical and aesthetic parts with a high coefficient of quality, precision and rigour. Our company is known for its technical skills and qualifications, supported by modern injection machines with closing forces that vary between 15T and 400T, 130T, 220T and 300T multi-material injection presses and specific production devices. We boast extensive experience in producing plastic multicomponent parts, along with injection of parts with metallic inserts and overinjection parts. Many of the components produced by BRAMP go through additional processes involving painting, chromatizing, silkscreen processing, tampography, pre-assembly and assembly of the final product. In order to respond to this need, we offer all the state of the art resources necessary backed by state of the art technology, among which we would like to highlight various assembly lines developed for producing various systems.
