Our highly qualified department is capable of conducting maintenance or repairs of all molds under production, along with the manufacture of molds designed and developed by BRAMP. All molds constructed by BRAMP internally and externally are created and developed by the engineering and development team, which rigorously accompanies the entire process \u2013 from construction until final approval of BRAMP\u2019s industrialization process.\nBRAMP offers advanced injection simulation software (Autodesk Moldflow) to support the mold design and development phase and process validation.<\/span><\/div>

BRAMP boasts a series of technologically advanced injection equipment for producing technical and aesthetic parts with a high coefficient of quality, precision and rigour.\nOur company is known for its technical skills and qualifications, supported by modern injection machines with closing forces that vary between 15T and 400T, 130T, 220T and 300T multi-material injection presses and specific production devices.\nWe boast extensive experience in producing plastic multicomponent parts, along with injection of parts with metallic inserts and overinjection parts.\nMany of the components produced by BRAMP go through additional processes involving painting, chromatizing, silkscreen processing, tampography, pre-assembly and assembly of the final product. In order to respond to this need, we offer all the state of the art resources necessary backed by state of the art technology, among which we would like to highlight various assembly lines developed for producing various systems.<\/span><\/div>
